So your previous thread you are looking for a B2 visa after a lengthy overstay and now you are asking questions looking for a fiancé visa.   Do you really have any intent to get married or just looking for any possible way your girlfriend/boyfriend can get a visa back to the USA?

give me a break, everything I ask is for my friend, I'm trying to find out and know to be able to guide him.

“Deserve”is never a term that works for visas, for the US or anywhere else. They are a privilege, not a right. Abusing a privilege makes it less likely to be granted in future.

I say i deserve the penalty  of overstay  (was wrong)

    I dont say i deserve a New visa .

    i will tell you

I deserve the penalty of the overstay  for that there is a law that punishes but if I comply with the penalty then if I deserve another visa as long as the law allows it.

    So good luck for me

Don't care why you overstayed!  The fact is that you had a lengthy overstay.  The law allows you to apply for a visa but the law does not state you must be approved.

that is what the consul must determine thanks!

Why do you tell people good luck who obviously don't deserve it?

even without knowing the reasons why I stayed

And you expect to get another visa?

Obviously, yes, if the laws allow it and I have complied with anything that the law and penalization requires, of course, if the country and its laws allow it.

  7. my girlfriend, was in this country on October 21, 2013 and he was sealed for 6 months which would be from October 21 to April 21 after that time he stayed for 11 months and 10 days, an illegal year, as understood he applied the penalty of 3 years would be fulfilled on April 21, 2018 if I understand the whole case well  now I want to put the papers for  a committed visa, looking for your interview to be 6 months from now or whatever the time(more and less)  the time of the penalty will have passed) any  thoughts

If you stayed less than a year total then you had no ban. However as mentioned, another tourist visa will ask about the overstay.

my stay was of 6 months (the time that migration  gave to stay in My formI194) after that I stayed illegal for 11 months less than a year

  9. I stayed in the United States for more than 6 months less than a year, so according to the penalty of 3 years that time was already pass, it means that I can go to ask for another visa?
