On this page - https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-a-uscis-office/field-offices, enter your residence Zipcode and that's your field office. Applications may sail through service center (NBC) but eventually the interview is done in the field office that has the jurisdiction for your zipcode.

Got it and how we can find out the processing times for the local field office because the local field office that have shown is not in the list of processing times list.

Hi all, I just received this notice, what does it mean? Am I no longer MSC? I haven't received any letter yet.... thanks!

Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction

On September 18, 2020, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number MSC1991******, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by October 18, 2020, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Yes this is taking too long and they just say it like that probably just to say something. I doubt her words to be honest. If I don't hear anything within 90days, I am gonna call them again.

Is there any time period to call them cuz they usually said that it’s not out of processing times we are reviewing your case...

On hold now! Fingers crossed. I haven't applied for citizenship yet but I'm currently filling out the application and plan to before the new fees take place. I wanted to wait to get the ADIT stamp so that when I scan in my documents at least something is valid...

I just called them. I waited on call for like 22 minutes 🙄. They said as all the offices started reopening from July 13th. Expect any update on biometrics within 90 days  from the date I received my Noa. she said probably by the end of October and she said if not then I have to call them back again 🙄. That's all.

When did you apply for I-751
