My dad lives 9 hrs away and I'm trying to apply to get my passport I have an expired green card but he became a US Citizen in 1998 when I was 11 I got my green card in 2001age 14 which I assume is when I became a Citizen my question is can he apply for my passport if he has all the documents?

@Hypnos even if my Green Card is expired would I still be able to get my passport as it shows the date I became a Permanent resident or US citizen that's what they need to see right?

My Father became a Citizen in 1998 I was living with him I became a Permanent resident in 2001 at the age of 13 does that make me a US Citizen because my green card is expired and someone told me that I can go and get a US Passport but I would need to take my Father's Certificate of Citizenship my expired green card according to them I became an automatic citizen in 2001 since I was under 18 can any one help
