Well, they all basically go to the exact same location depending on whether you sent it via USPS or FEDEX/UPS and then distributed to their respective Processing Centers from there. You can get a good idea on where yours will go by going to the spreadsheet someone posted in here. That is how I figured out myself that my wifes packet was going to LIN before we even got notified. I found others from OH and they all went to LIN so it does seem States are matched with specific processing centers. I just don't see like a colorized map anywhere online notating which states follow under which processing center.
Good idea, thanks! They thankfully cashed the check this morning 🙌

The G-1145? That's the notification form right? That wasn't required. What makes you think you would need to resend the packet?
Correct, but now I don't know it went to the right place or which service center until the NOA arrives. If the check hasn't been cashed 9/15 or so shouldn't I re-send to be sure?

so tier 1 is not willing to transfer you? try calling again till you find someone willing, be nice, explain the situation and insist on speaking with a tier 2 officer
Will do thank you so much. This process is driving me insane.

call USCIS and ask to speak with a tier 2 officer. explain them the situation, they will be able to tell you the date of the interview and fax you the letter
Also quick question. I've asked for a tier 2 officer twice now and they always tell me they wouldn't be able to help. Should I just be more persistent?

Also I seem to have posted this in the wrong subforum. I'm adjusting via marriage but not from K1/K3. My apologies.

Call them or file an e-request:

PS did you not update your address when you moved?
As an immigrant you are legally obligated to do so within 10 days of moving.
I did, I moved over a year ago and changed my address immediately. It's the only explanation I can think of why it was undeliverable. I've received other mail from USCIS at the new address since then though, so this is pretty weird.

Hi everyone. My status changed to "interview was scheduled" on 6/12. Then on 6/24 status changed to "document has been sent". I called USCIS today and apparently the letter was returned undeliverable and resent from them on the 24th. I'm almost certain they sent it to my previous address and mail forwarding has expired. I still haven't received the letter and am getting very concerned. What should I do?

My I-765 card is finally being produced! I can't believe it. They didn't mention I-131, the travel authorization. Aren't those two always together in a card?

Hello guys hope everyone is well, any updates about EAD ? The wait is getting longer and longer. Good luck
None for me. Case received by USCIS Dec 13th. Biometrics early Jan. I haven't heard anything regarding the EAD and getting frustrated.

Not a problem.. happy to help.. especially someone else with the same insanity streak as US!! Immigrating once in a life time is enough for most people... but we obviously aren't most people!,
😁
Hahaha no kidding. I never expected to do this again after the first time but life is full of surprises!

You voluntarily relinquished your GC... the answer for you is No...
We went through the same relinquishing process after having GC in 1980 to 88, then returning to Australia.... now LPR again!,,,
Excellent, that was my thinking as well. Thank you!

Hi, hopefully someone can help me out.
I'm filling out form I-485 and not sure what to answer for question 21 in part 8: "Have you EVER held lawful permanent resident status which was later rescinded?"
I had a green card and gave it up voluntarily at a foreign embassy by using form I-407 at the time.
Would that apply to this question, or does it only refer to when USCIS rescinds LPR status?

Funny timing. I hadn't checked the case status for maybe 9 months and there's "new card ordered" March 5th and "case was approved" March 6th! Not sure when to expect the card to arrive, but probably soon.
