It went very well @Steelers1020! It was just how @Yuliya Lipina and @cupcake123 had described. There were 98 oath takers from 38 countries. Only bummer was there were no volunteers to get us registered to vote, nor there were any flags that are given to new citizens. We did get a welcome message from the President - the moment he came on the screen, there were chuckles and laughter all around the room  

I am glad to be done with this and I hope all of you go through the process successfully

My husband got an email today that his interview has been scheduled.

Hi @Waitinggame16 - sorry I didn't post it earlier. I recieved the notice last Monday and my oath ceremony is scheduled for this Tuesday, on 03/06.

Thanks! I'm trying to compile Chicago info on paper filers and run interesting but useless (and depressing) statistics.
 
For example: 
NOA in January: an average of 137 days until interview letter
NOA in February: an average of 168 days until interview letter
NOA in March: an average of 222 days until interview letter
NOA in April: an average of 255 days until interview letter
NOA in May: an average of 276 days until interview letter
 
And we filed in mid-July (electronically, but potentially converted to paper after I-751 interview).... sigh.

It went great! Officer was super friendly and I was out in 30 mins
 
He had to check the box "A decision cannot be made at this time" and said that it was because he was new to USCIS and that only his supervisor can recommend for approval. He said he is going to recommend my approval to his supervisor. This adds another layer to my process, but nothing I can do about it.
 
He said the next communication I will receive will be about my oath ceremony and that I should expect it in the next 5-6 weeks. Let's see how that goes
