Hello guys!!
Havent come by in a few months. So....Heres the update
I had previously filed my N400 in December of 2017 and my I-751 was still pending. I received notification at the end of October that I had been scheduled for my Interview and a letter had been mailed out. November 3rd I received my notice in the mail that my interview was set for Nov 29th and it was my N400 Interview.
Went in yesterday to interview was informed that my cases had been combined. Officer initially verified my I-751 info and approved it then moved on to the N400. We went over the application, took a photo and confirmed finger prints. My husband accompanied me and we had to provide his passport, my passport Green Card and Drivers License.
Asked if we had any additional proof, provided photos of our silly life. Had a pleasant conversation with the officer. Then she asked for my husband to wait in the lobby and proceeded with the civics test. Then the english portion upon completion she informed me I had passed and we went over the questionare of N400. At the end of the interview she informed me she would be recommending me for approval and that if she could get it approved today that my Oath Ceremony would be Dec 11th. Congratulated me and we left.
While I was getting in my car I received notification of a change in my case status. I checked online and my status now states "Oath Ceremony Scheduled" a letter has been sent with the date time and location to my address.
It took less than 12 months from N400 application, I was a little scared to have it combined but now I am glad I did.

So... It shouldn't affect their ability to hire you based on eligibility for work authorization. I say this because I have gone through this and had a bunch of stuff happen....
I started a new job august of this year, my green card was already expired and the letter expires january 2018. I am currently scheduled to get my infopass stamp..
The way some employers understand it is once your letter expires they want to have the security that they wont fall into legal issues with continuing your employment. My job hasnt had many experiences with people in my situation needing to renew green cards which my lawyer was super helpful in. She provided me with a letter explaining the letter and how my stamp would grant an additional extension and how i dont fall into any change of status while they have not declared an approval on my case..
My advice is go in prepared employers dont like uncertainty. So get your infopass appointment ASAP (log in at midnight and check for appointments then..they go like hot cakes..) and also bring your letter and green card..

ahh this so frustrating!!!
I finally got the letter for my N400 to set up an account and it says the web address is invalid..please help someone? -
Checked recently the USCIS and CSC is now showing that they are now working on July 27 2016??? How did we go backward?? What happened aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Is there a deadline of when you can go get your info pass stamp? Like is it based on letter date or within the 1 year extension?

I called USCIS and the rep said if after 30 days I still have not received mine then call back..Is that normal? My daughter is scheduled for Dec 5, i was thinking we should all be scheduled for the same date and time just like last time.. Does anyone know where I can follow up about this?
Ive had something similar when me and my brother did ours and mine was approved before his.. my understanding is that it doesnt always go together.. the explanation they gave me was that it goes to different officers and its dependednt on how fast they process it... but then again they are ever changing..

On the plus side, my DMV gave me a five year licence (I wasn't going to correct them), so as long as this is sorted by mid 2019 that shouldn't be an issue lol.
Perhaps we can work on filling out the table that we used at the start of the year with our filing/NOA/Bio dates? We'd have to hunt down the final version....I think @jeffkadrliktorr was updating the table most of the time? Mar 11 might be the last one?

Thats just the last one posted...no one had added theirs since March 2017...thats why I reposted it in hopes ppl will update it and we can keep it going

Hey I sent my application at the end of November 2016 they received at CSC on Dec/13.... got my NOA and Biometics done...case status still says "fees were waived"
Wondering if anyone has gotten approvals from the CSC?? Ive seen a few from vermont..
According to the USCIS site as of sept 30th we were still on August 2016 ..
A little concerned..job wise..
