I have been trying to call the NVC today at 603-334-0700, they say all their specialists are busy and then the line drops. Is this normal or do they usually put you on hold until someone is available? 

Don't know if it helped with our approval at all but I did have one of my states congresswoman's office call the USCIS. 

Was approved 4 days later. It did help me feel like I was doing something. So maybe give a thought to calling your state senators or congress people.

Pooled house and yes everything is declared. Most of our tips come through CC tips. Would love to declare only 8% but don't really have a choice.

Perfect, previous years adjusted gross income on my tax return will suffice? 

So we are still waiting for our NOA2 but I'm starting to fill out the affidavit of support (i134) early. Just need to do something while we anxiously wait.

When it comes to work, I am exployed as a server and because servers make less than minimum wage and I don't have a salary I am confused as what to put in as my salary on the form. My AGI was around 60k last year so I'm not worried about supporting her, I just want to make sure the form is filled out correctly. 

Just curious, has anyone called and asked why most of the movement is in the middle of the month? On day 189 now and starting to think about postponing our wedding until later in the summer
