Do they ask questions about previous marriage divorce . I am filing based on 5year rule . Previous divorce. 
what type of questions they ask anybody have any idea??

Can anybody help me in the employment section questions

Q. Do we need to mention the dates we did not work. (I am a homemaker since last year) do i need to mention as a unemployed or I don’t need to fill anything just the employment dates??

Q.2 i have collected the unemployment part time benefits in previous years do i need to report that as well on the form??

Filed my N400 application online earlier this morning and already received the receipt notice and confirmation of biometrics being reused. Checked back in one hour later and the status says "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS".

 

I currently have a pending I-751 (August 2022 filer) and hoping the N400 will move the case along or lead to a combo interview.

i am going to apply for Us citizenship bases on 5year green card. I have few concerns that i want to discuss.

I was married to us citizen after 2and half year i came to usa . And got my 10 year green card. After 1month of getting green card my ex husband filed divorced. I did not want divorce because i was truly in marriage. He has affair in usa while i was in my country. I did not sign the divorce papers. After 6months divorced. 
my question is …

Q. When i will apply for citizenship will the government ask for proof for good faith marrige?? I don’t have anything only pictures i have. I am so worried don’t understand if i should apply for citizenship or not? I dont have money to hire lawer.

You can call. Because NVC also gives the permission to beneficiary for call.

They will send email to you to pay fees.

you had to wait that long also?

Our ds 261 took one week to process

I'm waiting for case complete. They send us a welcome letter by  email.

They contact agent if they need document. And send  email regarding your Case.

It's okay if you don't have any agent. You put yourself as an agent. We also put beneficiary as an agent.

I was received my case number after waiting for 8 weeks.

Yeah it is working . Yesterday I called at NVC ND I talked to that lady for free of cost by using this app 😊

If you are using iPhone you use Google Hangouts app they provide free calling for US and Canada . If you are using Android you download Hangouts dialer

I got my review date i.e scan date 2 days after they received documents. You can call and confirm on it after 3 days they got your mail.

 

I would like to suggest you this Whatsapp group which is for the ppl awaiting immigrant visa  Interview at Mumbai . I am current member of it waiting for interview i.e in June. Members keep changing however .
