Did you follow the suggestion of laying her down on a white sheet or covering a car seat in a white sheet?
I did not see that suggestion but she is a wild one, cant make her sit still, cant make her lay down still lol so i am sure neither would of helped lol
She is definitely by far my wildest one. I hope they will show understanding about her photo, after all she is only one year old. The photo is dark and blurry
But you do see its a baby on it and you can see her but idk

Uscis does the draw. The embassies don’t have anything to do with the process until they interview the selected applicants.
Thank you for all your help. It is my baby 12 months which photo is blurry, she was impossible to get a good photo of her

It’s a lottery. That means it’s a random selection. The only way in which anyone is “prioritized” in the draw is by their region of chargeability (which is the aim of the lottery). They don’t check any education or any other details before doing the draw, other than region.
Thank you, may I ask if it is USCIS that do the draw or is it the embassy in each country?

Will I be prioritized if I have an university degree or will I have the same chance as those with high school degree? Is a masters better than a basic university degree? Do they look at that when they choose people? Also is it a disadvantage to have children? Or they dont care about that?

I have heard of people claiming it was no intention to get married and still had their visa denied. Go home and do it the proper way.

I did talk to three different attorneys about taking the AOS route and all of them advised against it. She went back and we filed for CR-1. It is not worth taking the risk IMO with our current administration; they are looking to make an example out of these things. In the mean time, I will visit her a few times and she will come over here on ESTA to stay with me for a while.
I agree with this reply.

Does anyone know requirements of the photos? I gave checked the guidelines obviously but still unsure. Can the application be disqualified based on kids photos applications? My photo is spotless but was impossible to get good ones of the kids. All technical requirements are fulfilled but one is blurry and the other has a shadow in the background (from the child).
