Heyyy! I want to know about VB! I saw two dates there march'16 and may,17! I'm a wife of lpr with the pd June,17. I want to know which date of them is for my case lol. I'm confused! And if its march,16, it didnt move that much, right? Good news or bad! just tell me

Please let me know how much time it will take for my F2A case to be approved according to March 2018 bulletin. 

Hi sorry for late response. Mine actually is a bit different than yours. I had I-130 interview and still have a month left to wait for them to give me a response because after interview I need to wait 3 months before I can call and inquire about my case. I have already waited 2 months. Seems like you are permanent resident. I am US citizen and have been waiting for more than a year already. I'm guessing yours could be delayed as well (not sure though because we were in Nebraska before) 

Is your wife a permanent resident of USA? California Service Center says if permanent resident filing for a spouse that they are processing cases up to Aug 2016. 
Trust me I’ve waited 1 yr and just getting some news , so your Day will come.

 California service center is faster than Nebraska service center. My husband filled i130 on 27Nov 2016 and we received our noa1 on Dec5 2016 and we are still waiting for noa2. There is one thing, if your wife has filled i129F then it may delay the process as it has delayed our. 

Joining the group. I sent I-130 for my husband on 11/30 to Phoenix AZ. USCIS accepted 12/05, check cleared on 12/08, today I received notification of acceptance and case number by email. Our case was routed to California Center. Good luck to everyone.

When did you file? Are you in Nebraska Service Center? Update you’re timeline as it helpful. 
Yes just have patience as that is what u must get during this painful process 

No, no such thing. I just called USCIS they said still working on Aug 23rd 2016 filers.

A lot of us are still waiting. I am Nov 7th and case is in San Francisco. Recently some people have been starting to get approvals. Yours may come soon.
