Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing
Do you guys know which service center is "National Benefits Center"
When they mail or text you about the case, the first three letter of your case number is the service center that they transferred you to. Google that first three letter and you will know.
best of luck

You know the timeline you posted is 7 years ago right?
things have changed significantly and now we are looking more of around 1 year or a little longer for the whole things (again, it also depends on many other factors).
good luck with everything!

Mailed I-130 concurrently with I-485 for parents who are in the US
Mailed to Chicago Lockbox on 04/06/18. Received by USPS on 04/09/18 but I have not received any receipt yet or even a text message. Should I be worried?
Thanks
Beng
It took 10 days for me to get the NOA1. I would give it a couple more days and call USCIS to ask them if you don’t receive anything from them by then.

The processing time is affected by many different factors (# of cases before yours, services center, your case situation, new immigration laws, and so on). So what I meant there was just estimation. But like Willcrack mentioned, there might be a possible increase of applications and hence processing time. Hopefully, our applications would be worked on quickly, as this wait bug me everyday.

hi!
I want to be part of this group because my husband petition is by his son. Category IR5, I-130 PD 11/24/2017 Texas office. We still waiting for the approval.
From what I know, current processing time is around 8 months. So yours is about 4 months away from approval (NOA2).

no, no response. Contacted congresswoman and said they will contact on my behalf.
staff from congresswoman's office actually called and said they've seen it before few times this year.
So I guess you did come to your interview?
thank you

i was wondering if you came to your appointment on that Saturday? And did you have same day oath ceremony?
as I have mine on Saturday two weeks from now and I live 5 hours away from the field office (Dallas).
thank you

From what I know, processing time varies from one service center to another, but it’s not that far apart.
At first I thought it is weird that they transferred you to NBC, but after reading your previous posts I see that they did it because you filed i130 and i485 concurrently.
i did my own i130 and i485 about 4 and a half years ago and just took a little over 6 months to have my green card. But from what I read somewhere else not too long ago, the time now goes up to 9-12 months. So you will have a little wait to do. But Itll be fast given they are here already and 1 year is not that bad anyway.
