Yes, correct. Furthermore, I don't think there should be any transfer for K-1. Currently only CSC is the one who process K-1 visa (if I'm not mistaken). It is either they got confused or it might be for different case number.

Yes, because beneficiary birth certificate is not included in the requirement for I-129F petition.

If it is Petitioner, I can understand that. Because in the document list required only need petitioner US passport or petitioner birth certificate.

If your fiancee included them in her tax of return, then yes. She need to include the in the Dependents Information on I-134. If not, there is no need to include them since your fiancee didn't support her children financially.
