I have a couple of questions about the CR1 Visa process.
1. When filling out the I-130, do I need to complete one I-130 for each child as well as my wife and pay the fee for each? I am a citizen of USA, she has 2 children (both under the age of 18) from her previous marriage that we want to bring to the USA when she comes.
2. Has anyone had the experience of how to petition for in-laws as well? More specifically, how to petition for my wife's mom to come here as well? What is the process for that?
Thank you

Just wondering if anyone here has married their beneficiary in their home country and then submitted a K1 visa application instead of CR1? I see that the CR1 takes a little longer.
Thanks

Thanks for the insight, that is greatly appreciated. Anyone have any experience with changing the name of children in the process of changing the name of the spouse?
Thanks

So, my fiancee is from Honduras. She has 2 children from her ex boyfriend. I am the petitioner. After we get married, what is the process to leaglly change my wife's name as well as her childten's last name to mine?
How will this affect the process for applying for a SSN?
Thank you in advance.

Thanks, guys, I was thinking that, but wasn't sure. I am looking at going the CR1 route. Not too much difference in the timeline now.
I like the idea that the green card comes quicker as well as the permission to work.
