What I did was write the letter in a word document and then saved it in a PDF file (no signture). I uploaded the letter in the "other" I just wrote on the comment section "letter explaining upload of documents I'm wrong section" . I wrote something along those lines.

I have uploaded same documents in house hold member section (in right section)And the same is also in joint sponsor section(that was by mistake).

That the household member belongs to the Joint sponsor, to remove from my section if necessary.  They went ahead and deleted from my (primary sponsor) household member section. They accepted all documents, no delay. However , I went ahead and submitted a duplicate under the correct sponsor.

 

Did your lawyer resubmit under the corresponding section?

I had also same mistake and submitted on 26th March. I haven't get any review from them yet.

So is it better to write or leave that as it is? 

What did you write in that letter and where did you submit ?

I believe the NVC only has one location, Portsmouth, NH. My USCIS processing center was the dreaded Nebraska office, which took over a year to approve my I-130.

I have one question. If joint sponsor has above 125% income from poverty level and he didn't show any assets. So then after he has to submit bank statements of last 6 months?

If we are adding joint sponsor (2nd time), then should we provide the relationship proof between sponsor and petitioner?

I am submitting form i864a also, so should i provide the relationship proof between joint sponsor and his household member? 

And please also tell, which documents i have to attach for form i864a?

Can we use sponsor's driving licence as a proof of domicile?

Did you recieve any message from NVC? And if yes then what was that?

I have made same mistake that's why.

Fyi I didn't submit the Public Charge form and they didn't mention it.....but ill fill It out snd take it (whenever the interview might be 😔.

 

Did you recieve two mails from NVC? One is to check the ceac message and other is 'you are documentary qualified '.

My category is F3. I have submitted my documents in July'19. Nvc didn't review any documents till November'19. I called and then they reviewed.after that i have again submitted my documents on 22nd January'20. 

So can nvc consider that delay time n review my documents? Can we call and tell this?
