hello all i got my approval 10/30 what's next someone knows how much time this will take to schedule an interview
4-5 months
Next
USCIS will send your application to NVC and by end of nov, they should received it and then NVC will send you a welcome letter but you can call them and get the invoice number and case number. You need this to do D-261 and then pay AOS fee and IV fee. Meanwhile, you need to fill out I-864 and gather your tax transcript and employment letter and also gather other supporting documents like police clearance, beneficiary birth certificate , beneficiary Passport, marriage certificate. Then you send to NVC and also fill out D-260 online. After NVC received all those, in 6-11 weeks they will case complete and send to embassy. And Embassy will issue an interview date.

My status changed this morning saying Sent to NVC, also received text and email from TSC.
I am petitioning for my wife in India so I have to go traditional route sending papers by mail. Can you shed some light on what forms/documents I need to submit as soon as I get my case number? I will be visiting India in two weeks so I am hoping to have all documents ready and send it off before I leave for a month.
Thank you

Hey Sibz, can you give a little bit more information on what you searched to find out how May cases are being approved? I have been using this app to track my own case, but I am unsure how to search for other cases without a full receipt number? How did you do it?
Thanks!
I change the numbers of my receipt backwards
