today is my dad's interview and hoping everything will be ok.

 

unfortunately my mom is delayed for 2 months. she did the sputum test and the result is negative but still needs to wait. her vaccine schedule is on Oct 31. 

 

 

Hi there! My mom has the same case as your mom.. she also told me that the doctor scheduled her vaccine in Oct. 31. I'm just wondering, does that means that the culture is negative for sure (praying and hoping)?

mcangel75, we also filed mid-July and got NOA1 on 7/27. We're also still in the "Case Was Received" stage - no updates or anything since NOA1. I'm expecting a long and slow wait based on what I've read from others who filed earlier in the year... but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Hi there i filed i-130 for my mother in mid July. Got NOA around first week of August.. how long till we get any updates? Because when i checked the status online it still says that they received my application and on the proces of review. Im wondering how long is the wait to hear from them? I know its still a lil early to worry. Its just because waiting is a bit frustrating specially im worried that the texas service center is backed up because of the huricanne..
