    I just called NVC to check and they said my case is complete and next step is the wait for an interview date.

  2. So, I paid my IV fee yesterday after receiving invoice email from NVC. Everything went smooth and the payment status was showing processing. However, today I got the same invoice again in my email and when I went to the site the status says pay now. So I called NVC and one agent told me it is a browser issue and the system already rejected my fee which is why I got the second invoice. I was then told to call my bank and cancel the payment and make the IV payment again. I hung up, called again and I explained my situation but this agent told me to wait until payment is cleared before we go any further. 

     

    Has anyone encountered this issue?

  3. I got my case number and Invoice ID today but when I enter the info on NVC to choose an agent then I get this message:

    "Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error. "

     

    Do I need to worry about this or is this just a default message before DS-261 is available?
