I called 2 days after I KNEW that they received mine (because of tracking number). They received my documents on the 7th. I called on the 9th and they said it would be 11 weeks from the 9th. I asked if I would get a receipt or email saying they received them (I assume this is the SD), but they said they no longer send out emails. Hope this helps! Just give them a call.

Hello everyone. For the choose and agent, my lawyer chose his self and completed my ds-261 now when I want to call and ask them to review the ds what questions do they ask for? Do they ask for the agents name ? Address ?

What do they ask from me when I ask them to review my ds-261 do they ask for agents name or address? I want to know so I can have the answers written down bcs my lawyer is the chosen agent 

My aos just showed as paid now that I still haven't called and asked them to review my ds-261 will it take time for my iv to unlock ??

Dundee there's something wrong going on now I logged in agai and the aos says in process when it was paid a few hour ago

It shows as paid now but I look on pay now for the iv fee but there's nothing that shows

How can I ask them to review the ds-261 with me on the phone ? Do I log on to my nvc account and open it from there ? Or I should've screenshot it ?

I'm finally able to log in and I'm gonna fill the ds-261

Yas everything is correct. I revived my case # early on Thursday and when I tired to log in I wasn't able then I called again on Friday and they were like it was recently put in the system so call again Monday, but they're off on Monday so imma have to wait until Tuesday 😕😕😕

I need help!! Nvc won't let me log in it's been 2 days since I got my case # what should I do
