It sounds like the CO did not believe there was a genuine relationship. Is there a deadline on the NOIR that you need to follow and submit additional evidence? You will need to submit the additional proof in a timely manner. I would resend all of your relationship evidence, including wedding photos, your marriage certificate (original and translated), any kind of shared finances, proof of time spent together in person (photos, boarding passes, receipts).

Is your wife currently living with you or in the US? How many times has she visited you? Do you have any kind of age difference? All of these are things to consider when putting together your evidence to try to get the petition reaffirmed.

She old just ten years she never married before and me too she came two times

To start, "I need some help." is not a helpful subject line.  It says nothing about your issue.  Are you the same person somebody else was posting about earlier, saying their "friend" received an NOIR?  If so, we've seen what it says and I responded to it.  I'm going to recommend that a moderator combine these threads if they are about the same NOIR.

Are they?  Does your NOIR, among other things reference the petitioner being 10 years older and the beneficiary not being able to talk about any future plans you have as a couple.  Did it also mention not having a traditional marriage ceremony?

    Yes me

It would be helpful if you could complete your timeline and let us know some basic facts - which embassy, ages of the parties, any unusual circumstances in your case, etc.

It can take many months to receive an NOIR. Your case is unfortunately not a priority for USCIS. When was the interview? The NOIR will provide reasons that you will need to address in the form of a rebuttal.

You mention that that you are both suffering from depression. Did you have any issues during your medical examination regarding your mental health?  This is also something you need to address. Or are you not actually suffering from a mental health episode but just upset about your visa situation? You need to be careful when using words such as "depressed" when it comes to immigration.

We don't know the reason until now why they wI'll revoke me 27 my wife 37 we married 2015 october

You have 30 days to send in evidence for a NOIR. I hope your wife called and told them so they can resend the letter. Did she move and not notify USCIS?

You are correct with one stipulation. Immigration visas for spouses of US Citizens do not wait in line for available priority dates. When a permanent resident files the same petition the priority dates do apply.
