we were married within the 90 day requirement and I have our marriage certificate which suspercedes everything,

you can file  I-485 when you get all the money together; because you are already married to your wife;

there is nothing anybody can do; you want have any issue with US immigration;

you are not late with the I-485, because there is no requirement or deadline to when it can be submitted;

my cousin submitted the I-485 a year after his wife arrived

who has $1200.00 after spending  money on expensive airline ticket and associated cost such as medical, VISA cost, police report, hotel stay, and what I spend to travel to Nigeria was extremely expensive

you can still submit submit request for green card eventhough the I-94 has expired; the K-1 visa has also expired; the  marriage certificate supercedes everything;

 status "has not change since arrival",  because, the web page that has the I-94 is the same web page that as the link I sent that  gives us the current case status

i checked my status on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do  using the WAC# on my I-797 Notice of Action received by national VISA center and;

it indicated that status has not change; I checked my status yesterday;

You don't want to leave anything blank; if it doesn't apply to you, for number based fields, you put NONE and for name or letter based fields you put N/A; with Trump in power he has instructed the agency 

to deny anyone application with incomplete documents without explanation; even though you paid the required fee; which means you would have to resubmit and repay the fee; so be careful with the process;

as I fill in the information I refer the instructions and google to for additional assistance; my  fiance' arrived 05/16/2018 and we were married 06/08/2018; so now I am processing the  paper or I-485 as we speak; 

yes, I will be submitting my I-485 with the expired I-94, status "has not change since arrival" is what I put in question 24;

the I-94 is an admission document, that expired 08/13/2018; but it doesn't matter at all; with the

k-1 what is important is the  marriage certificate that indicate that marriage was with the 90 day requirement;

I am submitting I-485 and question #24; what I did was check the status on Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration  Services website; 

it indicated that our status had not changed, so place in field #24 "has not change since arrival", because our status has not changed and will not change until

we receive the green card;

Sorry for difficult process but in my mind; because you guys met online and Nigeria is a high fraud country when it comes to the internet it raises a immediate red flag to the officials; my suggestion to you is have a wedding in Nigeria, than submit the necessary paperwork for married couples; we have our interview April 25, 2018 and if we are not issued VISA,  I will return to Lagos, Nigeria immediately to have wedding and return to United States and resubmit my paperwork for married couples;

Thanks everyone for reading post, we visited the bank again this morning and was unable to process payment because of network issues, so I advised my fiancé to go to a different branch location and she was able to process $265 payment;

Hello everyone, we received our notice from the U S  Consulate General Lagos Office 02/15/2018 and was advised to immediately make the $265 payment than scheduled interview but my fiancé hasn’t been able to make payment at bank after traveling 2 hour to and waiting 7 hours to be told that payment can’t be process because of network issues,; she tried processing payment online with smartphone unsuccessfully, is there another payment method available?
