Call them, ask to talk to a tier 2 (tier 1 can't see if a biometrics appointment was scheduled for you), and ask if if there is an appointment scheduled...

 

They might have entered your address wrong in the system like it happened to me... or the mail man just made a mistake and the letter got returned to USCIS...

I called already and the person I spoke with said I'll hear from them within 15days. But thanks so much i think I'll need to call them again

I had my K1 interview last week Wednesday in Lagos and was told to get a co sponsor and submit their tax return together with my passport at their DHL office but i was not told if there is a time frame for submission. 

Is there a time frame for submission?

You just have to contact some good seamstresses here and tell them exactly what you want and how soon you want to have it. It Should be less expensive.
