What documents should I bring  to get married after I get K1 Fiance Visa.

Marriage will take place in Jax, Florida.

Yes, the US petitioner don not have criminal record, the beneficiary which have intervew in embassy had. But that case is sealed, its finished by court.

Hello everybody, I just want to know, my fiance (beneficiary) 9 years ago had a criminal record, but it is closed by court! 

In his country, at school some hooligans attack him, and he (my fiancé, beneficiary) was alone, they was 6 and one guy of that group of hooliganes was injured by (my fiance) he attack with small knife on his leg and arm, the reason was to protect himself from that band of hooliganes. My fiancé was arrested for short time (one month) and that case was closed by court after 7 years.

 So can this influence on his interview or to get his visa? I'm so worried 😩 about this. he never have any problem. Only that one!!!

Yes, The criminal record has beneficiary, not me as petitioner. I'm okay but he has that old one.

Yes we got approved. But for interview I'm worried. 

Yes sir, we got engaged and we have a lot of proves to show for our real relationship. My family his family photos of engagement day, video etc.

She is citizen of USA with passport of 🇺🇸,not gren card,

beneficiary is from Kosovo 🇽🇰. Albanian 🇦🇱

Yes, she spoke today and they said you have to wait for the inquiry and was very rude, so confused. 

Yes we submitted an inquiry, always same thing, on February 15 we accept your form....

and yes my fiancé call them and they say you have to wait.

Hello, I just want to ask, I filled the from I-129F not yet married, on Feb/15/2017, to bring my fiancé, we get engaged and we are waiting for this visa! Why we didn't get approved yet? Can you help me or explain me why! 7 months and going to be 8 and nothing yet, it is normal time to get approved?
