I did but they can’t fix it !!! They said they just updated my details but still doesn’t show up for me!!! So confusing 

Every time i try the step for the address online registration  after i fill up my data with my CR1 case details, the system keeps showing my old DS 160 # for my previous B2 visa on the confirmation page !!! Any idea How can i do it ?

Called NVC today and they said they received the package on 30th April and are currently 'reviewing' it. I called to get a Scan Date. But all I got is this info. Don't know if 30th April can be considered as a Scan Date but it is under review now anyways. Hope for a quick cc too  

I’m waiting too for my Cc!!!  package received 17th of April and ds260 submitted April, 24th

My brother laws application is same as mine. He got his approval few days ago.

Don’t worry same thing happened to us for our marriage certificate , 2 weeks from the day you send it you gonna receive your NOA2!! Good luck 

You want a real advice , let him find a job any where you guys can be together , till all this finish otherwise it gonna be a real nightmare !!!! I have been told 5 month by max and it’s almost a year and we still straggling with everyday new time frame ++ it’s a complete nightmare believe me ... make sure you guys to be together better than waiting apart , so painful !!!! 

Am June filler received NOA2 on the 28th feb 2018 , USCIS not updated yet , regarding the case received by the NVC as per a representive feedback !?! She said case number not yet been issued ? Any idea how long it will take .. I heard 8 weeks at least ? Is it true ?

Are you checking the USCIS official page itself !!! They might have sent you RFE ... check your case status!!

mine is k3 June 1st and yet waiting but recently received  RFE 😢😢😢 it took almost 13 days to deliver the mail !!

  K3's never get processed anymore.  It is a leftover from decades ago when the CR1 took years for a USC . We see about 2-3 a year slip through.  What happens is the CR1 and the K3 get approved together and they will kill the K3 because the CR1 is approved when it hits NVC.  Only the freak cases where they don't arrive together go forward.  Just follow your I130  

Funny enough it’s our lawyer who filled the case for us, advised with the K3 Visa !!! Am shocked she ain’t aware with this , it’s one of the well reputed immigration law firm offices in California😖

Thank you for clarifying things out, although it so harsh, but I guess we have no other option. It’s so painful what they are doing to families, i wonder what happen to human rights which they always talk about it . Absolutely unfair 😢

You are at the petition stage right now. What will most likely happen is that the I-130 will be approved and the I-129F administratively closed. The I-130 will then be sent to the NVC for CR-1 processing. 

Is that means I will have to wait longer ? 😢 specially my case at Nebraska service center too  

i know the difference between K3 and CR1 is to process the case while am inside the US with my husband living together, so what’s gonna be the case now and how long it’s gonna take ?

I notice that K3 Visa which I applied for doesn’t exist as much as CR1 !! Is it really canceled ?? Please advice 

We applied in June as well but for K3 Visa, am pretty confused as I can’t find any recent k3 fillers cases!!! Am too worried cause most cases either k1 Fiancee visa or CR1 ... we got married outside the US May 2017, and we have been adviced to apply for k3, is it correct ?
