@JasonGG also happened to me.  Last Feb. 17, got an update says 'status changed'.  After 9 days, Feb 26, I checked the app and it said 'case approved'.  But the actual date of approval was Feb 23 from the notice of action letter.

Yes, the Alien Registration Number is correct and he also attached the copy of his certificate.

Hi.  My fiancé emailed to me the scanned copy of the filled-up I-129F he submitted to USCIS last August 2017 and I noticed that he mistakenly ticked the wrong box about his citizenship.  He is a citizen through 'naturalization' but he ticked the option which is 'U.S. citizen parents'.  Will this affect our K1 visa application?  Is this information critical to the process and would this cause delay?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
