When I did the DS260 it stated that not to send anything in to the KCC to take it to the interview so we should email them to KCC also ? I feel lost now, thank you for helping me ❤️

Hi all my mother-in-law is a 2022 DV selectee we did the DS-260 back in May wat do we do now is just wait? Do we need to contact anyone we have all our documents and they are translated. Does anyone have a ideal timeline do they start calling interviews in a certain month? Or should I email the embassy?

Yes, I did , no it did not prompt me to do a DS260 for her

Question does the children have to fill out a DS260 along with the selectee? We had stated in the DS260 that the daughter was migrating with her. Is that all we need to do?

I am impatiently waiting for Santa Ana, Ca service center for our AOS interview I did a follow up call this morning and they said we are still in processing time our file date is 10/10/2019  

The processing time changed for Santa Ana from 12mo-35mo  so we cannot inquire until after the 35 months they told us 

There is a couple here in visa journey with similar time frames but they filed a week after us they had got their interview for the Santa Ana office already so I don’t know what to do 🤷🏽‍♀️  How did they get a interview before us? 
 

Should I call the uscis we are out of the processing times VJ has set on our timeline our PD 10/16 this is for our EAD/Travel .. did anyone call when it’s past the date in their timeline?

What’s going on I still have no EAD Card!  other I know in various FB groups with PD in late October and November are getting their EAD cards already! 😲 like it’s is all coming from the same office in Chicago right? 
 

Help, has occurred to anyone? My I-485 updated yesterday but it still says case ready to schedule it’s been on that for 97 days but this morning it changes showing last status change was 1 day ago

I am currently @ case is ready to schedule for interview and we are 112days and still no EAD card

What are the rolls of each? USCIS-NVC/Department of state. Do they do similar background checks? What are the differences in their background checks?

If you do not live in the USA and only have a NOA 2 and have not done the interview, You cannot come until your visa is issue from the embassy. He the US citizen can visit you whenever. If you attempt to come with out the visa be careful that’s can red flag
