    Hi All! So, we had our combined interview on Nov 7th for I-751 and N-400. The USCIS agent said not enough info in the I-751 pack so would issue an RFE, but would continue the interview for N-400. The N-400 was passed successfully so said when she received the evidence would process the application for both forms as passed. My question is how long after an interview do you typically receive the RFE? She said in the interview she would send it that week but it’s been 3 weeks already. I called USCIS today and they said nothing has been sent yet. Should I call the field office (Newark)? thank you

    @Jeanne Adil N-400 is in Newark NJ, I-751 case got transferred to Lee Summit MO

    Hi Everyone! I applied for I-751 April 21, with my GC due to expire June ‘21. I then applied for N-400 on May ‘22, I’ve received the interview date for Nov ‘22 The I-751 has changed online to “case transferred and a new office has jurisdiction. does this mean they will be combined for my N-400 interview or will it likely be declined due to my I-751 still pending? Side question it doesn’t say on the interview notice that I need to bring my spouse but I’ve read online if they combine the 2 that he would need to be there for any I-751 related issues. thank you for any insights

    Thank you everyone, I appreciate you and didn’t even think of the GC issue! Another side question, how difficult would it be to reschedule the interview if anyone has experience of that?

    Hi Everyone! I booked a trip to the UK 3 months ago and just got my N-400 interview date…… it’s the morning of the day I fly! Do they take your passport? Am I still safe to fly or should I reschedule for the week after I return? Thank you for any insight!
