    Hi guys

so last Thursday on the 12th of October I was told me and my partner were approved at the interview ! Yay ! And he took all my documents and passport !

However my consular officer said because I had "no live trace" on my police certificate Because (I shoplifted when I was 14 recieved a reprimand) I would need to clarify this information and get details off Acro which I had already done , so I gave them a sworn statement with all the details of the case  and they said they would need to confirm this with Acro if I had given them permission I confirmed I had . He then said that I should get my visa within 10 days ! And that was that .  So I walked out so happy and told my partner. However we are now on the 7th day since the interview and I am starting to panic ! We have been on the ceac status check and for the past 4 days it has said "administrative processing" and that we can expect to wait  "several weeks" 😳 Can someone please tell me what this is ? as it isn't clear on the website and I am really worried ? I've read so many horror stories on the internet about people getting stuck on AP for years ! I could understand if we were missing alot of paper work but for just one fact check seems odd, I also checked with Acro and they had confirmed my statement with the US embassy and emailed back to them on the 16th, which was when our case status was last updated since then it has said "administrative processing" I also finally recieved my subject access report back off Acro today and emailed that to them for extra back up but I've still heard nothing and they still have my passport . any ideas of what's going on ??

  3. Hi guys

i am freaking out to the max right now because I've got my police certificate which says " no live trace" because when I was 14 I stupidly shoplifted some lipgloss !!  I recieved a reprimand at 14 which I was told would be wiped off my record when I was 18 years old however I am super worrried as my interview is in a month and I have no reports of what the reprimand was for as it was just a reprimand and I was under 18 I can't wait 40 days to get a subject access report please someone tell me what I should do will this go against me ? I already have a b2 and c1d visa for usa but I am worried as this is for my K1 will it go against me please help xx

  4. Hi guys me and my fiancé are in the final stages of the process now and I have my medical booked and will soon be booking my interview . My question is regarding I-134 my fiancé has recently started a new job where he makes enough to sponsor me however because he has just started I only have about 2 months pay checks and an employment letter is that enough ? Also I have a cosponsor if not who has provided me with bank statements tax returns etc who's over the poverty line , plus I also have over $40,000 of savings in my own name to prove to embassy if I can self sponsor my question is which one do I use which is safest bet or do I just give them both my i134s ?

Really want to make sure I get this right :) thanks

  5. Hi guys

so we got approved the other day finally yay !! 🙊 And i am preparing myself for the medical and interview however there is just one thing concerning me and that is the  affidavit of support, my fiancé is currently unemployed as he came over to visit me in England for a couple of months , however his grandad and grandma who we will be living with have happily said they will sponsor me and they earn way above the requirement they am earnt $100,000 last year 😳  I also have $44,000 dollars worth of savings and have heard that London is embassy allows self sponsorship either way how should I go about this and am I likely to be accepted ? My fiancé has just got back to USA and will no doubt have a job inside a week and be able to show pay slips but only a months worth realistically . Just looking for some clarification and experiences I want to go in as prepared as possible the thought of not being with my fiancé breaks my heart .

  6. Hi guys this as my first post on this forum but basically me and my love filed our petition on March the 20th and its was recieved by the CSC we had been patiently waiting  and we got an RFE on the 27th June 😔 we made a silly error and forgot to check 2 boxes 🙄🙈 and also they needed my partners long form birth certificate not his short form . We replied the them within 3 weeks and on July 20th they recieved our response , it's now been 5 weeks and we still haven't heard anything I'm getting so upset and worried it's making me physically sick mainly because everyone else seems to hear back so fast after their rfe response 😔 Any idea how long they can take to make a decision ? I was under the impression it was 60 days but just wanted to hear some experiences .

    Thankyou ❤️
