# Did he refuse to carry on with the AOS?
# Have you lots been invited for AOS interview yet? ( 2 years conditional GC, except you lots have been married for more than 2 years)
# Your I30 is irrelevant in this case since you're considering filing VAWA. ( I30 is a petition filed on your behalf by your spouse to adjust status based on marriage to a USC).
# Your I485 could be placed on hold and used towards your VAWA application.
Someone, please shed more light...
Here is the thing, we were called to our interview last week. During the interview the office wanted to talk to my husband privately, so I waited outside and after I came back he asked me the yes/no questions, I signed the I-485 he gave us a paper saying they will make a decision soon. After we got home I noticed my husband was a little off but he went to work and I thought everything was fine. The next day I kept asking him what was wrong because he was completely different. He got really angry, started screaming saying that the guy from the interview told him that he needs to keep his eyes open because I'm only with him for the green card, that I didn't love him, that I was probably cheating, and kept telling him that I don't love him. So when he said that I starter crying, I couldn't believe what he was saying. I don't know if its normal for offices to pressure people like that during the interview but I was hurt because my husband believed him. We have been together for 4 years, he never questioned my love for him nothing. So we got into this huge fight, I told him to leave the house, that if he doesn't think I love him than he should really leave. He started screaming saying he is calling immigration to send me back, that he is taking my car keys so I can't go anywhere, took my card to our bank account. He has being staying at his moms house. I/m afraid to get a restraining order because I don't know how he will react. And I still haven't received an approval or denial for the I-485 after the interview so I don't know what to do. What if I file vawa and they approve this next week?

Hi guys, I have a question about this topic. I have my EAD/AP, pending I-130 and pending I-485 based on my marriage with a US Citizen. I fI file for vawa now, do I need to apply to everything again or can we use the same pending I-130 and I-485? Thank you so much in advance. I thought I was going to have to leave him and walk away from my green card application until I found about this vawa option this morning.

Well my GC is being produced.
Got the notification yesterday. So glad that the waiting is over.
Your interview was in December and your Green Card is just now being produced? Did you have any issues in the interview?
I’m still waiting for them to schedule mine.

Did anyone get an invitation for interview yet? I have not, but hope to hear something soon!!
Not yet. My local office is taking about 13-14 months on average to process applications so I don’t expect to get an interview notice until September, October:(

So I sent my package last month but forgot the U$85 for the biometrics fee. They sent it all back to me so I'm starting a new timeline in the September group.
I hold a F-1 visa now and I'm adjusting my status due to marriage to a US Citizen!
