I expect to lose my eligibility at the oath ceremony unless there is a miracle, but I won't count on that, my lawyer told me if by miracle they naturalize me anyway, I have to make sure I got a copy of my signed and stamped 445 form , that will serve as the evidence that I will have answered everything correctly under oath, it is for self protection just in case if USCIS decides it was my fault that they naturalized me. My lawyer told me Trump admin is aggressively denaturalizing naturalized citizens these days, but I don't think I have to worry about it because I think they will reject my eligibility at the oath ceremony on May 23rd. I am just thrilled and excited that I am going to get my green card soon, I will just re apply for 400 next August. My husband unfortunately passed away 3 days after the interview, so I guess applying for 400 based on marriage is just not meant to be, it is sad and frustrating, but what can I do? Law is law, I just need to stay strong and alert and just re apply next August. I am sure my husband is smiling from heaven now knowing I have been deemed to be a full fledged permanent resident as my 751 was approved on his very first birthday last week since he passed. That was my birthday president from him in heaven for sure. Anyway, good luck to you too.
Condolences to you, @Zombie69... You shouldn't have to deal with immigration issues in this already difficult time but seems you are handling everything as best as anyone can.. Wishing that everything will work out well for you.

Yep, I called customer service right when they opened (8am), got to a tier 1 officer, asked to be transferred to a tier 2, then had to wait for a call back. I got a call back within an hour. Good luck!

I hear you. I've been waiting as well, but got an email today saying my interview was (finally) scheduled. It might be a coincidence but I called USCIS last week and spoke to a tier 2 officer, just nicely asking what was going on with my case. He didn't mention anything that I didn't know already, but now I have an interview scheduled.
Hang in there. Yours will come up soon.

Anyone from Los Angeles know? This summer can't come any faster.
I think it depends on your address. There's also a San Fernando Valley office. I'm guessing if you live in the City of LA, that's the LA office; LA County or SF Valley otherwise. I called the USCIS number and they told me which one applies to me. Hope our files get processed soon. Can't wait for this to be over.

I also got an in line for interview notification today. I know it's not an actual interview date but still taking it as a good sign that my case is moving along.

the notice had 8/18/2017 as the date, with biometrics scheduled for 9/8/2017. will coming in early for the appointment help quicken or will it delay the process?
