Would this sentence make me inadmissible?

Based on an psychological evaluation report that I submitted back last year: "His risk for suicide would likely change from low to high"

The therapist pointed out that I had "suicidal ideation" and she concluded that "my risk for suicide is likely to be high"

From what I understood,

I have never committed any suicide attempt, therefore I have never exhibited any harmful behavior, right?

suicidal ideation is just thoughts, and risk is just risk, it is not real though.

Correct me if I was wrong.

Any input is welcomed

I-360 I-485 I-765 I-131 I-864W G325A I-1145

Spouse is a US citizen birth certificate included as well.

Now they rejected my I-485 I-765 I-131

I received a letter from Vermont service center it looks very confusing

They rejected my 485 765 and 131

My ex wife is a us citizen i believe I am eligible for 485 concurrent filling

My application was received 3 weeks ago but personal check has not been cashed yet, no receipt received either.

Does that mean USCIS will reject the package and send it back?

You can't verify by phone or email with vawa case because of so called "privacy" issue. VSC is like a ghost island completely isolated from rest of the world.

You mentioned  "The personal affidavit which i submitted was one paragraph", are you talking about your affidavit telling about your marriage and abuse? if yes, then  you need to submit an affidavit with 8/13 pages telling about courtship,marriage and abuse.
