So i spoke with both my lawyer and a tier 2 with immigration and they both told me that most likely the reason for the transfer was because that our office that are case was at is so being that they had to transfer out a number of cases to her help with. but to not worry it should not slow down are process. lets hope not.

so believe that the APP that you all are wanting to know is the USCIS case tracker APP. this app is being used in other forums too as i have been reading through April and may filers forums. but i did read on the may forum that some Potomac for may have been approved ! so good luck to all of you in Potomac they are working hard and Texas center should be finishing up on April hopefully the first weeks in November they will be in may! they are also moving along good.

i just want to say i know this process for me is alittle hard but i actually have my husband here with me in the states. i cant imagine how you guys feel not having your loved one. i am so sorry! i hope this process goes fast for you all. i know i was told that this step is the longest and once this step is approved then the next step does not take long at all! best of luck

Hello my July filers!! so i did a little digging myself and i found that most of march filers for the exception of Nebraska have all received there approvals. one being priority date 3/3 and approved date 8/23 and that is for TSC so hopefully this gives us a little more of a timeline which if the rate there going at stays were looking at end of December. i just hope that the holidays do not slow us down. thank you so much i am going to be following this thread throughout my process! so it really is a waiting game then i wish i would have got potomac lol! but im hoping that this whole process doe not take more then a year. i am fortunate my husband is in the united states now. i am still new to all this and is it so confusing but from what i was told by the lawyer is once we receive this approval back then we send out another form for his appointment in Mexico (Juarez) and that that was one of the longer waits ? not sure. i wonder if anyone else has a similar case .
