Hello I am not the one in the link you sent. Right now we still don't know what would be in the letter in USCIS. I will update here as soon as we received it. 

Petitioner is a USC and not naturalized.

USCIS requested a fingerprinting appointment which he went to last August. I believe the fingerprinting was because we have been pending due to background checks. We applied last year. Transferred to Vermont 3 months after we applied. Then been pending since August when we received an appointment for fingerprinting. Until then this is the notice we received. We hope its an RFE and not NOID

All you can do is wait for the letter.

We didn't received any RFE request. This is the first notice we received after he did his fingerprinting last August this year. So after two months this is the notice we got.

We received an update from USCIS after being pending since last year due to background check. Anyone knows what is the meaning of the Notice from USCIS? We haven't received the letter yet. Thanks all in advance for the help.
