Hello guys! My case just got accepted for expedite.  Sent the request last sunday and by monday they sent me an email stating that my case was under review. Yesterday, my case got accepted for expedite.🤗🤗🤗  My case is in NVC  and i   sent all the financial documents and civil documets plus i have paid all the fees.  I requested the expedite due to medical issues and financial hardship. Now  I would like to know whats next?  And how long it will take for the interview? 

Hello guys+ Nvc recieved my case on Nov 24. Now im wondering how long this process will taken. Does anybody knows?.

Hello guys!! I have good news!!!  So the Uscis sent a RFE and i got it oct 23 then i sent them my respone on oct 26 express. On Nov 1 they recieved it. And today i got my approval in my mail🎉🎉🎉🎈🎈🎈 im so happy it only took them 2 weeks to approve my petition. The Rfe was because my attorney didnt sent the I130A form. My PD is May 3. I hope i can help someone in the same boat as me. I now wondering whats next? And how long would take for the interview?

Hi. I got a RFE on Oct 23 due to the I130A form. I sent my response oct 26 and on November 1 they updated my case to respnse received.  Hopefully we'll  get approved soon. My PD is May 3

Hello guys. The uscis sent me a RFE on oct 18, I got it on oct 23 and sent my response on oct 26. Today I got a noticed stated the received my response and that one of the agent  will start working on my case. Hopefully I get approved soon. PD MAY 3.

Good morning Guys!! I got my RFE for Supplemental  Initial Evidence Form i130A for spouse beneficiary  on Monday October 23 and i sent my response on Thursday  October 26.  Let see how long they take to review my case and how long it will take them to approved my case.

Hey Abie. I want to update my timeline once I get approved.  They sent me a RFE because I didn't send them the i130A form. Once I send that I'll get approved hopefully.

Good morning guys! I read online that the uscis will send a RFE if they see that you don't make enough money. That's when they'll ask for an affidavit.

When I saw the RFE I got so excited 😀 I'm a us citizen and my attorney  didn't add my birth certificate but my naturalization instead so they sent me the RFE. My husband is sending me my birth certificate tomorrow so I can get it by Monday. Hopefully  will get approved soon. Good luck guys!!

I gave my attorney all the documents. I gave him everything. I don't how he could forget my birth certificate 😡😡 I am extremely mad. I'm calling him tomorrow.

And about the evidence, the difference is between initial evidence and request for more evidence, is if they ask you for initial evidence that means you forgot something that is on the list of the initial documentation they ask for when you send the I 130 or the translation, for example your or his birth certificate, or the translation, or if one of you were married before the divorce document with the translation, and so on. If you want send me a private message and tell me which documents you sent. And I'll help you checking what could be missing .

I know 😣 I'm traveling  with our baby in December so he can meet our little girl. Hopefully he'll come with out.
