My i130 (pr applying for spouce)was approved at csc in November 9 (after 13 month of wait).

Now i’v Been waiting for 6 weeks and nvc didn’t receive my approval yet. I send it as email to nvcresearch but still it wasn’t received. I called uscis and nvc  and both of them said the only thing I can do is to wait?

how long should i wait??

permanent resident case (i130) is not moving at all.

it wasn't moving for about 10 month but now it is. the processing dates as of today is September 29 2016. it was on hold for a long time but now it is not.

Thank you guys for your help. What i want now is the first step which is the approval csc is the slowest ever. It took more way more than expected and it may take 1 more year just for approvalif it stayed on hold like that. 

All what i can do now is to wait 2 more years to get my citizenship and make things easier.

I need about 2 years to get my citizenship. 

But i'm just surprized about the approval in usa may take more than a year??

I'm a us perminant residant and i applied the form i 130 petition for alien relative to bring my wife to usa. The processing time for i 130 for perminant residant (at california service center)is still on hold ( augest 23) for more than 7 month?? Why? 

Is there a maximum waiting time for its approval?
