Do they still give appointments to those who missed it?   And for those who get interviewed theses days do they get waviers?

Can you explain of what you mean.  I heard few people came in  the last few weeks got their visa and came to the u.s?

Well yesterday at around 4 a.m. the daughter's status was updated and then turned to Issued at 6 a.m. (USA time)

And then the brother's was updated but no issue yet.

They picked up the girl's visa alhamdullah no issues at all there even though it says to wait 24 hours after Issued to pick up visa, it was ready some 2 hours after it turned to Issued. Now we're waiting for the mom and son's visas.

It seems they work on one at a time? IDK.

They are starting scheduling interviews  for December. Inshaallah  she gets interviewe scheduled these two weeks.

For those   who will get interviews   do they still have to go to sudan  then to djibouti, or did they can go from aden directly to djibouti?

Thank for let me know. And i hope ur wife gets her visa fast.   I was hoping  to get interview letter in these two weeks for December, but it sounds  i have to wait another month.

I have a question about  my friend's case. 

They asked her to provide additional evidence.  Which she did, but a month later they changed her status online   case at my local office.   

Case Was Received At My Local Office

On August 23, 2017, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number xxxxxxxxx, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschangeto give us your new mailing address.

We have not received any mail from them.. what does this status mean.

I did did get my daughter a U.S. passport. Praying my wife gets her visa before any travel restrictions occur.

which means that the new restrictions don’t apply and no effect for the current papers work that’s at Nvc or that’s at USCIS
