i can only recommend to say you want to talk to a supervisor.
i fully understand what you go through when they tell you these things, i heard that also for 17 days...
therefore, try to push with the supervisor and the moment i said that they were able to give me a number suddenly!

We've received our NOA2 on March 5 but we still don't have our RDJ number from the NVC, anyone else in the same situation? I don't understand why it's taking so long...
