Did you and/or your attorney receive the NVC welcome letter? That welcome letter (actually an email) contains a cover sheet that has to be sent with the documents. Your attorney has to know which documents to submit plus you can find a list online. After you send the documents it will take about 9 weeks until the NVC closes your case and sends it to the embassy.
First of all thank you so much for your speedy response.
Im not sure if we recieved this welcome letter or not. I didnt at least. All i know is i recived my processing fee which was all paid for. Then we submitted my ds-260 form which was recived on july 14, 2017.
As far as i know he has not submitted anything else. He sent me a email saying "we are waiting for the NVC to send us a document submission letter"
he also stated that because in my country my police certificate expires in 90 days i should wait until i get my interview letter. So im not too sure on what's going on.
I thought the NVC needed my police certificate...but they wont send out a interview date before they recieve that.
Maybe im wrong though. Im in need of enlightenment.

So i filed my Ds260 to the NVC with my attorney and next week will be 30 days since they recived it. My attorney hasnt filed my civil documents but we paid all the fee's that has been recieved. Will the NVC send a form out on what documents he has to submit. How much longer do i have to wait before i go to the embassy?
What do i do now? I need help.
