My fiancé is finally with meeee!!!! and we are getting married but I want to surprise him if possible. I want to know if there's a way I can get a visa for his mom so she can come to the wedding????

Also the form to get the work permit 765..... I shall file for it??? or can he just wait until he gets his green card???

You only need to put the depends on your i-134 if they are on your Current Taxes.... if this year you only put 1 dependent .... that's all you put on your affidavit of support . 😄

I've heard some countries ask for the petitioner's divorce decree at the interview too, though not my case and not a general thing.

update probably means case was sent out from NVC on that date

ON the email they didn't say how many tax transcripts they need? How many years did y'all send?

Omg thank you so so sooo much!!!! I can feel believe this! I just emailed them and they replied today!!!! With an interview date and time !!! I want to cry! Did you emailed them At IVCasablanca@state.gov ?? That they automatically reply to you? Or is there another email? I also read that when you get the interview date, they send it through email? Not by mail? Because they don't have my fiancé email 

Hello everybody 😀 I will like to know the people that filed a K1 visa application and their fiancé is from Morocco please!

I send my application back in January 11,2017. On June 26,2017 my case was sent over to Casablanca Morocco embassy. My fiancé is waiting for an interview.... when I check online for the case it says that there was an update on July 10, 2017.... do anybody know what that means? And also approximately how long does it take for them to send an Interview date ?? I feel very frustrated ... any tips will be appreciated.... I sent an email two days ago, but I got an automatic reply.

Most K-1 don't get interviews scheduled for them (and definitely not by NVC), you have to schedule it on your own, usually after the embassy has been in contact with you (read up on how it works on your specific embassy). If you still haven't contacted the embassy.. what's the reason for not doing so?

I actually did, I sent an email to the embassy in Casablanca and I got an automatic reply.

I received a letter in the mail stating that my case was sent to the embassy Casablanca Morocco but it's been since June 26! And my fiancé still don't get an interview date  it's very frustrating because I see other people filed in February and March they got approved with visa and all from Morocco as well 😭😓😓😓

no he hasn't, when you check online youre able to see its ready...

I filed in January 2017! My case was transferred to Casablanca Morocco in June 30, 2017.  My fiancé is just waiting on his interview but seems forever!! 😭😭, I'm getting very frustrated.... approximately how long does it take for his interview guys
