I am having problems scheduling my embassy interview in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. I was able to pay the fee with debit card, but when it gets to the next screen to pick an interview date and time, I get kicked out of the system. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I am waiting to receive my NOA2 and I was looking at a copy of my petition. I realized I made a mistake on the question that asks the City/Town/Village of residence of my parents and my fiancée parents. I thought the question was asking for the City/Tiwn/Village of BIRTH . So for those questions I put the wrong cities. I put my parents City of birth and my fiancé parents city of birth. Can I be denied for making this mistake?

My fiancée in the D. R. was called by an Ontario Canada number. The person said they were from immigration and they asked my fiancée about his name. 

Is that normal protocol or was my foreign fiancée scammed?
