  1. Hello everyone, my case was approved from USCIS and now at NVC.. i received my case number but no invoice number and the letter states: "However,  your  case  is  not currently  eligible  for  further  processing  because  there  is  an  annual  limit  on  the  number  of  immigrant  visas  that the  Department  of  State  can  issue.  For  some  visa  categories,  the  wait  could  be  many  years" as it's f2A category.

My wife was previously pregnant and we lost the baby due to several complication. She is currently pregnant and started complaining those issue and our country wss affected by mudslide.

Is their anything I can do to speed up the process?

Hi everyone. I really need your help about something. I received an email from NVC with the subject P3AU ENGLISH FOR NEOPOST DS-1200.

The email states a new case number and the info that the NVC received my petition but it is not currently eligible for further processing because of the annual visa limit.

    My questions are:

    1. Did you receive an email like this? Is this the welcome letter?

    2. Do I still call NVC for the invoice number?

    3. Do I wait for them to request other documents? What is the next step?

I’m really sorry for asking a lot of questions. I just want to be sure.

    Hello, I receivedthe same thing..

I feel really sorry for her past loss, and I hope for a safe and healthy child.

But by that logic, every pregnancy would qualify for an expedite from your country (and many others). The past complications are very unlikely to change this.

    What's your advice?

1-800-375-5283 ask to speak to a L2 Officer regarding your request for expedition.  Have your case number to give them as well.

    Ok thanks

I'm very sorry for your previous loss, and that your wife is facing undue stress again while pregnant.  I cannot begin to even imagine the pain and suffering you both went through with the passing of your first child.

Unfortunately, I do agree with Transborderwife in that you most likely will not be approved for the expedited service since it cannot be proven without a doubt that immigration proceedings would cause a miscarriage/pregnancy complications.

I wish you well, and you are in my thoughts.

But it is extreme medical issue as my country does not have facilities to safe delivery. We have lots of infant mortality

  7. Hello, I need idea. I filed my petition for my spouse and step-daughter and requested for expedite. They ask me to fax supporting document which have done two weeks ago. But uptil now, no updates. Anyone can assist me of what to do and how does it normally work. My wife was previously pregnant and had a still-birth because of complications. Now she is pregnant again and I am fear of loosing another baby.
