Hi all,

i am hoping someone with the the same situation can help clarify.

my wife had her interview for IR1 visa April 9, and was told that her visa is approved and she should wait for aramex to calm her the visa pickup. All sound good till I checked the case status on CEAC and it says "Administrative processing " I've read many stories on the internet that AP can take up to 60 days and many horror stories about it. I  am hoping that is not our case . Can anybody help with some answers?

My case was expedited on the 20th March by The US consulate in Casablanca  and case was sent to them Electronically by  NVC,  but I have not heard anything from the consulate yet. anyone had any experience with expedited case and how fast do they schedule interview after the case is expedited? thanks in advance. I don't know if they're waiting on the physical file to arrive?

I am in the same situation, dut i still have not filed. I am waiting for a certified copy of her passport to apply for an ITIN and then file.  Here  is what you need to do . tell her to send you a  certified copy of her passport and find  a tax agent who can help ypu with filing for an ITIN.

Hi all,  does anyone know how long it takes on average form the  case leaving NVC  to an appointment for Casablanca ? thanks god i just received an email this morning about the case sent to embassy and is the queue for an appointment.

Whats happening  with the NVC closing during the week days so often these days?

You have to keep calling and asking till you get a nice rep who can help you. 

I am sorry to tell you that this didn't sound good to me. Why  would he mention a judge and say good luck getting your passport back? it was very sarcastic way of talking to you and to be honest it sounded as treat instead of approval. IO hope that I am wrong on this.

Congrats to all who got the approval, I am frustrated as hell, my PD is may 04 and haven't heard anything, I called to one tier two officer ans she was so nasty to me. I m frustrated.
