My fiancee obtained a B2 VISA. She had a round trip ticket. It was determined that she was an intended immigrant without an immigrant visa.
Is it safe to assume that this was 'determined' at a US POE? (by a CBP officer)
If so, then that would be a refusal (of entry). If she was issued a visa - but turned away at the border/POE (refused entry), that's not unlawful presence nor a deportation (based on what you've written).

Karin (in Travis County/Austin) had to take both the written and driving test. Can keep your out of country DL (they won't take it).
First step - apply and take the written test - then schedule the driving portion (using your car). This may be done differently depending on the DMV office (some are busier than others). Suggest studying the book - even an experienced (US or otherwise) driver would need to. Once all that is done - a temp dl is issued and a week or so later the real one is delivered.

Ok so how long does the AP take? I mean are we talking 3 months 6 months or 2 years?
Takes 60-90 days (more/less) from the time you file for it, along with the AOS and EAD (which you can do shortly after getting married).

The automated system is 24 hours (7 days/week) - to speak to someone in person it's Mon-Fri 7:30AM to 12:Midnight (EST) and government holidays apply (of course). According to their recorded message. 603.334.0700

Hi, its petitioner now(Becky): I was thinking of putting my brother, he earns like 52k a year but after child support it drops to like 40k. But he also was telling me something about IRS. So it drops again from 40k to like 34k after tax I think. He was telling me something about IRS. Apart from that, he said if it doesn't affect his IRS issue than he would have no problem to be the sponsor for my fiance. I don't know if my brother would be a good sponsor. He is the only one willing to sign the form. I have a lot of family that will help financially but they are not willing to sign the I-134 with me. Only my brother.
Your brother's 'expenses' may not affect the affidavit of support - he may need to count the child/children as part of his household size (this may depend on how he files his taxes) - I can't speak to the 'IRS' thing - sounds like a garnishment - not 100% certain how this is viewed (if it is viewed at all).
When I asked my mother if she can be the sponsor, she said she couldn't because she is sponsor of her brother in law from 2 years ago.
Is it possible that she can be sponsor? Even though she filled Sponsor for someone else?
Yes - it is possible - the other person/immigrant would need to be counted in her household size.
What if I get 2 jobs? A full time and a part time job, would that help?
It would/could, yes - assuming you get over the minimum and have this employment for a good number of months (some folks say at least 6-months, but this may depend on each person's history)

Aramex is kind of like the FedEx of the middle east.
According to DOS - they don't have a clear method of obtaining a police certification (although it sounds like the Embassy/Consulate does. http://travel.state.gov/visa/fees/fees_5455.html?cid=8983 Am sure there will be some other Jordan members to fill in the blanks.

It should not be a problem - is it safe to assume the denial reason was something like "not strong enough ties to home country..."?

January Filer.... Congratulations...

Tax Returns (and supporting documents) or Tax Transcripts:
Most folks include their most recent year's - some consulates/embassies request them (some do not). Since you don't have it regardless - you can't provide one. You can provide an explanation as to why you did not have to file (and hence, why you don't have one). Did you work/file taxes the year before last? Were you a student? What's your history (say over the last couple of years)?
Co-sponsor/no co-sponsor
Whether you should get one (or not) doesn't necessarily depend on if you did/didn't file taxes last year. It is mostly dependent on your current income (or perhaps length of current income/employment) and your history as well.
How long will you have been on-the-job by the time your interview comes up?

I use IE 9.x
I do have to run VJ in Compatibility View mode - switching out of it and the site has issues (not just the pages mentioned).

yes thanks all so I will go my way with K1 it's too late to change it right now
Please (please!) proceed with caution. Do not take this lightly.

MarcyLuis - for folks to (perhaps) give you some more ideas (lots of good stuff above already) - and so you don't get surprised by the elephant in the room; What sort of visa is your husband's AOS based on? (fiance, visitor, etc.)
It could be very important and equally important to know what evidence you've supplied already.

Are you using the forms from the VJ website? If so, go to the USCIS web site and download them from there. If you are still having problems then you probably need to upgrade your PDF viewer.
Hope this helps.
The downloadable forms on VJ are linked directly to their official sources (i.e., USCIS/DOS) so folks know. I agree with making sure your reader is up to date - or try an alternative that folks have had good experiences with such as Foxit.
Alternatively - if you've tried abbreviating (in non-date fields) and still can not get the information to fit - you may have to either use a supplemental sheet to continue your response or hand write certain fields (such as date fields or fields where you just need a little more space to complete your response).

Do they just use the information on the I-184 from now on?
The short answer is 'Yes.' The I-864 will supersede the previously filed I-134 (that's a generalization but is the case nonetheless).
(Technically the I-134 is non-binding - the I-864 on the other hand is binding.)
Does anyone know if 1-864 is enforced after divorce
