im very happy to get my green card in the mail today,it has been here last since saturday(we didnt get our mails since last saturday,just this morning ).and we are very happy to get my green card without having to go for an interview .

im just wondering what is this CF1 category means? i knew that this will expire 2 yrs and we have to apply to lift conditions before it expires.maybe that what it means .just thinking i'd rather asked than confused.

yahoooooooooooooo.......at last i got an email from uscis that on oct.30,2006 after approving my application they ordered a new card for me and it will be mailed as soon as its ready! wow....im glad no interview and my green card is comming!!! they send the same email to me 3 times.hehehheheehehe!!!!! i jsut got time to check my email today

Those that are transfered to CSC are not required to attend an interview.

yup...thats what i want,just like most of the timelines here looks very fancy they can add what they wanna say and the dates they met.i will try to find out how to do that too... thanks guys!

is it possible that we wont be getting interview and they will just send my green card in the mail (hopefully). hum,last month we got an RFE from MSC (they want affidavit of support,again!) and we sent them more than what they want i include the last 6 months pay stubs of my husband and my husband also include a photocopy of my health insurance card and my state id. and then a week after we sent our RFE,we got a transfer notice(3 days ago) they said that for speed up processing they transfer my case in CSC. Now im just wondering if it is possible that we wont need to go for interview.

When setting up the account they want you to use at least 1 capital letter for security. Upper-Case is an old way of saying Capital letter, the upper case goes back to the days of printing presses where the capital letters were stored in the upper case.

So for example (T) is the upper case letter for (t).

Its been 35days since my AOS application was transfered to CSC and until now

no good news from them.

Do you have an account setup with USCIS ?? If not then visit this site and register ...

Once you are registered, you can setup a portfolio and add each case you applied for ... (AOS/EAD/AP) ...

If your Last Updated date changes and the message when you click on your MSC# hasn't changed then that means you had a "touch" ...

We went to a CS in Santa Ana and between the tetanus shot and filling out the form I believe they charged me $110. I suggest you find as many CS around your area as possible and call around because the cost difference can be a lot.
