I emailed them and asked why am I refused and what's recourse this is the reply from embassy
Thank you for writing to our office. Your immigrant visa case is refused for administrative processing, an integral part of the visa adjudication and issuance process that can neither be neither expedited nor waived. Unfortunately, it is difficult to predict the amount of time the processing will take and timing varies based on the individual circumstances of each case.
Please be assured that we are aware of your concerns and will process the application to completion as quickly as possible, in accordance with U.S. laws. We recognize that this process can be frustrating for applicants and regret any inconvenience. The visa application will be reconsidered when administrative processing is complete.

My interview was on 30th May ,I got 221g as well, they have been giving 221g to everyone since Trump took the office ... Trump Admin is trying to limit the legal immigration to small percentage.
They are delaying people deliberately.
It’s becoming a torture for many of us. This is not good for our health... the depression and anxiety that we are going through....

The sad part is that AP can take as long as it can. Days, weeks, months and even (rarely) multiple years. You are coming from a high fraud country and a tough Embassy. You have provided documents they asked for and now you will have to wait for them to decide if your husband will be granted a visa.
The wait time is the only thing that drives people crazy.I just hope it will be over soon.

It may take weeks or months. There's no estimation on AP. Try to search for similar cases in Timelines here: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?cfl=&op3=5&op5=&op6=All
Thanks for the advice springrain22

Hello, My name is Fatima i am new to this site. I was just wondering if anyone in here have had a similar experience like mines. My husband took his interview on May 24, 2017 in Kenya U.S Embassy. After interview he was given 221g to turn in our original marriage certificate and extra evidence such as facebook text messages. My husband sent the extra evidence via DHL to the Embassy on May 26,2017. Embassy recieved it June 2, 2017. Since then my husband have been stuck in Administrative Processing...
