My husband just filed his N400 online today, our I751 has been pending for exactly 1 year today. Our local office works a lot faster, his original green card took just about 4 months to be approved and receive card so I'm hoping the N400 goes at least faster than the I751 is. Good luck everyone!

Are you a CSC filer?

I got the same, an email reply saying they are working on 19 months out from today for the approvals they are giving.  It's like it's never going to end.  Is anyone going to go ahead with filing for citizenship this summer? 

Not sure if that means its been sent to our local office or what but I didn't get anything in the mail yet.

Just found the other website to check status and see that in Feb it says (same status is for Feb 25th also):

My husband did his biometrics appointment this morning.  He went early just by a few hours and had no issues. The KC office has always been extremely nice. Now I guess we wait.

We got our biometrics notice.  August 3rd!

The mailman is my friend today!  Got our NOA today! It was dated for 7/7/2017 which was the day they received the application in the mail.

Just checked the status of my money order and it says that it was cashed! Now stalking the yard waiting for the mailman to bring me our NOA!  I feel relieved to see they cashed it.

It won't show up in a checking account like a check would.

There is a receipt number on the MO, call the number and it lets you know if the MO is still outstanding or if it was cashed.

I just read the I-865 must be filed within 30 days of change of address.

For us it is almost 1 and half year.

 

What should we do :

 

1 : Can we send now ?

2 : Can we call USCIS ?

I totally forgot about doing this as well, since I just realized the mistake I didn't want to have multiple documents out there when I filed our I-751 so I just left it alone. Hopefully it won't be an issue, all our documents have the new address and we only moved one time.

Hi all! I had to make a new account because I lost the login from before  when we did AOS. Anyway! We mailed our I-751 packet off last week July 5th and it was received according to USPS on Friday July 7th. I sent a money order for the amounts but as of today they are still outstanding. Not sure if sending a money order causes a delay? Hoping to see something good in my mail box this week!
