    Case Complete to Interview October 2017

    1.who filed petition for me?

    2.where he lives?

    3.what does he do for living?

    4.In which year we were married?

    5.Love or arrange marriage?  And who arranged the marriage?

    6.Did we go for honeymoon and where it was?

    7.Then she asked for our wedding pics and after seeing some pics she asked questions by pointing three of them.

     

    And then she finally said the most expecting sentence "your visa is approved"

    "Where will you live in.the US.

    "What is your financial situation"

    Explained. 

    He then said to use assets the requirement is much more when you don't have a job. 

    So I asked, maybe it's 5 times more, he said, I don't know but there is a calculation, I will do it later. If all is well, the passport will arrive in 10 days. 

    Then we said, we have a joint sponsor if needed, julien clarified that yeah, we have her paperwork. 

    So then he took it, said. "That's great, no need to calculate now. All is good. Having problems with the computers so you should receive your passport with the visa in 10 business days. Enjoy moving back to the US. :-) 

     

    So yay, we're finished!!! Thank you everyone for all of your support. Heading home tonight, will be back online tomorrow to give a better review. Thanks again everyone for your well wishes. Really made me smile.

    Ps, call the NVC to get your interview dates. Hehehe

    don't know why Bangladesh faces backlog now-a-days...my case completed on june 21 and I'm also waiting for my interview to be scheduled... May be we've to wait another 1-2 months to get interview date:angry::(

    NVC case review time

    I got the NVC checklist where they mentioned about police clearance certificate but my husband somehow didn't send it. When my husband called NVC after 1 and a half month they said I have a missing document which is PCC. So he sent it on last Thursday. NVC didn't send any email to notify about getting the document.

    So my husband called them yesterday to make sure if they need any other document. They said no but it's gonna take time and they will email us when they're done reviewing. But he didn't mention any time. Already my case is in NVC for more than 2 months. Is it gonna take more 11 weeks to get completed? 

     

    I'm also from bd...for mine it took 8 weeks to get case completed from my 2nd scan date...my case completed on june 21 and still waiting for interview date
