    @Mashedm I paid for a lawyer and totally agree with you.  (Regret it).  Ending up doing it my self at the end. Way easier. I did the whole NVC process by my self thanks to what i learned online and in this forum.

    My Status changed to "AT NVC" Wohoooo. I will call to confirm. Scan date May 31

    good news. I checked my case online. It says : IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION ---- At NVC........ Approved???

    @JBMG Hi, yes i hope it is a glitch error. No they did not inform me what was scanned. Maybe they did half my paper work one week and the other half another.  
    But no biggie it just one week added. They told me to just keep waiting. 
    Second scan is May 19.

    fill out a new one
     
    the petitioner can download the i864 from the uscis website and fill it out on the computer
     
    sign it and mail it to you
