Yes i signed up at usps website a couple days ago. And then this afternoon i got a text from them with a tracking number of my combo card and where its at. Like I said I called USCIS twice to see if they can give me the tracking number but they kept telling me that it hasn't mailed out yet. I saw the history on usps and it was delivered yesterday. It's funny how uscis workers don't have any idea on what they're doing.😒 anyways I suggest you do the same thing, usps will send you a text message if anything is being delivered in your mail. Don't bother calling uscis as you might be frustrated with their answers.

I just got a text from usps with a tracking number and says it will be delivered tomorrow!!! I just booked my flight for Monday too🎉🎉🎉

When I called today I said it's really important to us that the updates are accurate, and she said it was nothing to do with her & call back on Monday. Extremely unhelpful!

Me too. It upsets me that its just a click away but with how uscis works and process our cases, we can't do anything but wait. I thought when I received the mail that my card is being produced, it will take my stress away, I guess its not over yet! I just hope we all get some good news soon. I don't wanna stress about it anymore I'm just gonna wait.

Yeah but at the same time tickets will go higher if we wait longer. I just don't understand why are they givng us false information about our case? If it's not produced or mailed then they shouldn't be updating our status. It's so frustrating.

See I don't know if these people working for uscis actually knows what they're doing. I called them again today to see if i can get my tracking number and the lady that i talked to said it has been picked up yet and give them a call back on Monday. I'm losing my mind!!!!!!

I'm sorry  have your family send all the documents needed asap, and then schedule for an infopass. I know emergency ap is usually approved on the spot if you have enough evidence that you really need to travel back home. I hope you'll get your ap and you'll be able to travel soon!!

After seeing your post I called to see if I could get my tracking number, and the tier 2 officer said the same thing had happened with my card. She was really nice, but she said sometimes they just sit waiting to actually get mailed for a few days. She recommended that I call back every day until they have a tracking number. I explained that I was really hoping to travel next week and that I had been expecting the card to arrive this week, but she said there was nothing she could do to speed up the delivery. I totally lost it when I got off the phone because I really wanted to fly on Monday! I'm feeling so disappointed. I don't think there's any chance of that now but let's hope they hurry up and actually mail them to us pronto! 

They shouldn't be updating our status to 'card was mailed' if its actually not mailed yet. It doesn't make any sense. 🙄 Anyway I still believe that both our cards were mailed and we should be expecting it this weekend. I've seen most of the timeline here that after the status update of card was mailed, they received it within 2-3 days so hopefully ours will be the same. I'm keeping my hopes up! Let me know if you get any update😊

I went on an infopass last May 19th to physically ask an IO about my document being returned to the post office because they couldn't deliver it. We recently moved and I changed my address online but for some reason the documents were still mailed to our old address. So the IO had it fixed and he saw that i had my bio appt scheduled on May 11th which already passed so he scheduled my appointment that day. There were a lot of people scheduled for their bio appt that day but he saw that we live 3 hours away from the office so he made it possible. Just bring your noa's and passport, whatever documents you can bring and just tell them your situation and I'm sure they will do your biometrics.

Yay! Congrats to you too! It's just weird that the IO that i speaked with said its not mailed yet but in my history it says it was produced on the 28th of July and was mailed Aug 2. I don't know what to believe  but anyways i have a feeling i will get it this Saturday! I will call again tomorrow and see if i can get the tracking number.

I know what you mean! We all need that confirmation or the status update before we celebrate. I'll be flying out next week too! Although I missed my sisters wedding im still going back home just cuz i havent seen my family for five years. But anyways congratulations again. 🎉🎉🎉

Hi so I received a text and email today saying they mailed my card yesterday. I then called uscis to get the tracking number. When I talked to a lvl 2 officer, he told me that my card is just being produced yesterday and is not yet mailed out but in my history it says it was produced on july 28 and was mailed out yesterday aug. 2. The officer was very rude and he is trying to argue with me so I just said have a great day. What should I believe??? Has anyone experience this??

It's been 110 days since the filing date, and I'm getting really anxious. I had an OPT through a previous F1 visa that ended on 6/14/17, and I've been waiting for this to come through to go back to work. Not sure whether there is anything else I should be doing. 

 

 

 

 

You will hear some good news probably in a week or two. Our PD is close (april 6) I got approved last week (July 28) and just waiting for the card. Just be patient! I know waiting for the unknown is stressful but you will get approved soon.

Then I got the "card has been mailed" notice on July 26 and had the card in had a few days later on July 29... so 7 days between approval notice by email and card in hand, so it'll be close, but I think you'll just make it. Last minute flight cost though will be painful

Thanks for sharing your timeline! I will book a flight as soon as they mail the card to me. Yes they are expensive as my planned travel date is aug 8. Right around the corner! I'm hoping to get the noa2 in the mail today!
