My parent's case got approved. What is the next step? What should I do? Should I call NVC? Do you guys know the number? Any suggestions?

My father case got approved. Still waiting for my mother to get approved as well.
The NOA1 is April 14th, Texas service center.
What is the next step?

Any news from Texas service center? Mine is April 12, and have not heard anything since then. Any idea?

If you go to the menu here & go to processing times...you can see TSC processing times of members on here that are keeping their timeline updated...when they applied, got NOA1 & NOA2. And if you go to the specific TSC thread on here, you'll see all members that are currently getting NOA2 are in February & early march. There are still some from January waiting...but it seems they are picking up. Unfortunately USCIS are terrible at updating their website & if you call, the people that work there are just going by what their website says! Visa journey members seem to know more than they do 😂
thanks for the information. I appreciate it. Based on this, do you think we will get some results in a month?

Where do you see that TSC center is processing Feb and March. According to USCIS they are still processing Nov 2016.

I have applied for my parents green card. I have filed i130 since they both are out of the country. My mom's case is updated in the USCIS website saying that the case was received on April 12, 2017. My father's case is not updated yet. Any idea or suggestions about the possible reasons/solutions?
Thanks.

Hi all,
I was informed that because of travel ban there is no immigration visa for people from those 6 nations. I have applied for GC for my parents and I just mailed the documents to NVC, and learned that the Console will not grant a visa because they are Iranian. any idea on this? This has been a shock to me
