The IO officer said it was approved, then I should receive the GC, but since then, nothing arrived. 

I already did infopass and asked help for my senator and congressman. 

Immigration says that they are doing a background review and is no timeframe to give me an answer. 

I need some advice :

I already had my interview on january 17th, 2018, and The IO said that my GC was approved. 

I did not receive it, I did infopass, my lawyer did an infopass too and now they said that my GC was not approved yet and they are doing a background review. 

I already requested the representative and senator help, but they did nothing on my behalf. 

I asked my lawyer to do something and he said that I have to wait, but wait until when??? 

Im so frustrated and anxious. 

Anyone here had the same experiencie??

You did an infopass between the waiting time or did you ask your congressman help???

I had my interview in November 2017, and after that I was told I will hear back in 90 days. Heard back nothing, have done atleast 10 infopass apts, I got told case was under the extended review. Im still waiting for mine too.  I had an approved interview in january 17th, 2018, and since that day, nothing.

I asked a senator help and they answer her back. They said they are doing a background extended review, and I should hear from them in 60 days, which will be in October. 

Let’s see what they will do. 

I hope you can get a decision sooner.

Yesterday my lawyer did an infopass and the IO said that my case still under review. 

I think I will not get the green card. Maybe my ex-husband did something or called to immigration, trying to affect me. 

Im so sad!

Your application has not been approved. Your Form I-485, is currently pending adjudication. We are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time.

I asked my lawyer his opinion about my case and taking the AP.  

I’ve been here for 10 years, and he said no. My chances to be denied to come back is huge. 

I really don’t know what to do. 

I already had my interview but no decision yet!! 

It’s Pending adjudication....

I feel so bad! Everyone gets their decision and I’m not!!!

Mine was on January 17th, 2018, and since then, they only said that is pending adjudication

Mine took 6 months.

Do you know long It’s normal processing time to wait? Because everyone says something different like, no more than 90 days.

Yes, my lawyer did an infopass. 

To inquiry online, you have to go, sign your case number and after scroll the bar, you gonna see some options down to your case. 

The option is submit a case inquiry.

*Applied for vawa in July of 2016

*Prima facie September of 2016

*Approval February of 2017

Due to circumstances I didn't send in i485 right away.  Submitted i485 June of 2017

*fingerprints done July of 2017, got work permit/drivers license

*interview notice (interview was 7 days after notice) 

*interview today the 14th and got welcome text right after interview. All the praises to the almighty.

I had my interview in January 17th, and the IO said it was approved but until now I did not received the approval letter...nothings. 

It’s  frustating... 

it’s scared me...maybe they changed their mind??? 

I already asked my lawyer to check it, but you know, when they get all the money they don’t care about our case anymore.

Yes, they are not updating online. 

Mine was approved in September, I already had my interview in January and the system keeps the same messages from my approval date! No updates at all!!!  

Don't worry!  

About the interview, they will ask you questions about I-485, like have you ever...

You will be fine!

I just had my I-485 interview today. It went really well. The officer just went over the questions that were on the application. I got approved on spot. My journey is finally over.
